Welcome to Track’n Trail! These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Track n Trail, LLC ("Track’n Trail", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using Track’n Trail. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or mobile application, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use our services. Your use of the services constitutes your agreement to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Track’n Trail provides tools, resources, and information to enhance your hunting experience, including but not limited to weather forecasts, hunting activity predictions, and mapping features. The content provided is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a guarantee of hunting success.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • All activities occurring under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and Price Changes

Some features of Track’n Trail require a paid subscription. You can buy a subscription in the app, through the Apple App Store or Google Play, or on our website.

In-app purchases. Subscriptions bought in the app are purchased, billed, and renewed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to that store’s terms, cancellation, and refund policies. You can manage or cancel them in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

Website purchases. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders placed on our website. Paddle processes your payment, collects any applicable sales tax, and handles billing questions and refunds for those orders. The price and renewal terms are shown before you pay. You can cancel anytime using the link in your receipt email or at paddle.net. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Subscriptions renew automatically, and you’ll be charged for each new billing period unless you cancel before your renewal date.

Where offered, a payment plan lets you pay for a set term in installments. By choosing one, you agree to pay every installment in that term. Cancelling stops the plan from renewing after the term ends but doesn’t cancel installments still due, unless the store’s policy says otherwise.

We may change subscription prices in the future. For App Store and Google Play subscriptions, price changes, including how and when you’re notified, follow the store’s rules. For website subscriptions, we’ll email you before a new price takes effect, and you can cancel before it applies.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the app or website for unlawful purposes.

  • Share or transmit harmful, defamatory, or offensive content.

  • Interfere with the app’s operation or attempt to bypass security measures.

  • Use automated means (e.g., bots) to access the app or website.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and app, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Track’n Trail or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the content without prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Links

Our app may include links to third-party websites or services. Track’n Trail is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties. Access them at your own risk.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Track’n Trail is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees about the accuracy or reliability of the information provided. Hunting involves inherent risks, and users assume all responsibility for their safety and compliance with local laws and regulations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Track’n Trail and its affiliates disclaim liability for any:

  • Direct, indirect, or incidental damages.

  • Loss of data or profits arising from the use of the app.

9. User Contributions

You may submit content (e.g., photos, reviews) to Track’n Trail. By doing so, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content. You affirm that you own or have rights to the content you submit.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alabama, United States of America. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Alabama, United States of America.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
